By using or accessing our website (Jovialeventsuites.com”) or booking services through Jovial Event Suites, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.Please review these terms carefully. - Booking & Payment Policies
- Booking Process: To secure an event space at Jovial Event Suites, a booking request must be submitted via our website or by contacting our team directly. The booking is not confirmed until we receive a signed contract and any required deposit.
- Retainer fee: A non-refundable retainer fee is required to confirm your reservation. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to the event date.
- Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, debit card, cash, and bank transfers. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
- Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event will be eligible for a partial refund of the total payment, excluding the non-refundable retainer fee. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
- Client Responsibilities
- Event Conduct: The client is responsible for ensuring that all event attendees adhere to venue rules and regulations. Clients must respect the property and maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times.
- Damages: The client is responsible for any damages caused to the venue by event attendees. In the event of damages, the client agrees to cover repair or replacement costs as determined by Jovial Event Suites.
- Compliance with Laws: All events must comply with local, state, and federal laws. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses for their event.
- Venue Rules
- Alcohol Policy: If alcohol is served at your event, it must be handled by a licensed and insured bartender or vendor. Jovial Event Suites is not liable for any incidents related to alcohol consumption.
- Noise Restrictions: We reserve the right to impose noise restrictions to comply with local ordinances.
- Capacity Limits: Clients must adhere to the venue’s capacity limits. Exceeding capacity may result in termination of the event without a refund.
