Booking & Payment Policies
Booking Process: A booking request may be submitted through our website or by contacting our team. A reservation is not confirmed until Jovial Event Suites receives all required documentation and payments.
Retainer Fee: A non-refundable retainer may be required to secure an event reservation. The applicable retainer and payment schedule will be identified in the client’s event agreement.
Final Payment: Unless otherwise stated in the applicable event contract, all remaining amounts must be paid according to the payment schedule provided at booking.
Payment Methods: Available payment methods may include credit card, debit card, cash, bank transfer, or other payment options approved by Jovial Event Suites.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and payment policies applicable to a particular event will be governed by the event contract executed for that reservation.
If there is a conflict between these website Terms & Conditions and a signed event contract, the signed event contract will control with respect to that event.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their guests, vendors, and other attendees comply with applicable venue policies.
Clients may be responsible for damage caused to the venue, furnishings, equipment, or other property by the client or their attendees, guests, or vendors, as provided in the applicable event agreement.
All events must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
